Reason & Zachariah B. are brothers contesting ownership of a tract of land, the circumstances of the Civil War complicated things. Z. was involved in 1864 capture of Young Harris, who was charged as Federal spy. Z. had to flee the county & turned the land over to R. R. was named in a damage suit by a Union soldier, Cox.
