Plaintiff entered into a contract to construct a trestle or bridge on the defendant's line about 1900 feet long at $1.19 per foot. The plaintiff claimed they completed most of the work but were prevented from finishing it by an injunction. The defendant took possession, completed it, and claimed that the plaintiff failed to do the contracted work. Plaintiff sought accounting of the work he completed and repayment of such. |
