Foster did agree to exchange land with Carraway, a neighbor. Carraway allegedly colluded with Miller to get the deed for Foster's land to give to Miller, and had no intention of exchanging land with Foster. Miller denied the allegations. Foster had purchased said land from J. L. Bradley. |
