Marbury sold Freeman a large tract of land before his death, but never executed a deed of rightful possession to him and after his death, his widow and children took the land back to sell for a dower and living means. Freeman filed the bill to obtain rights to the land. Includes assignment of error. |

Magill had certain property subject to sale for repayment and that the codefendant sons claim to ownership was a fraudulent conveyance meant to prevent their rightful recovery of debt. Plaintiff had invented a type of press and contracted with the Taylors to construct it so it could be displayed at the Rhea County Fair.
