Wilkins worked on a team of men under the employ of William Kelley, foreman, in charge of multiple train cars. There was a dump car on the tracks, and another train was due to arrive. Kelley asked them men to move the dump car manually. Kelly was injured during this task and sought damages. See other documents in ET Box 98. |

2 folders. Add. Defendants:J.A. Wemyss, W.M. Stewart, Joseph Miller, and J.K. Miller. Defendants created an unofficial group named the Grangers and went into contract with plaintiffs to deliver 580 spring lambs on a certain day. The defendants failed to deliver the livestock and under the contract were supposed to pay $1 per head in damages plus a deposit put into a local bank. The defendants refused to pay either sum. |
