McKoins wrote two notes for land along with probate, but payments were past due and plaintiffs state they are in the rights of the deed to sell the land for payment.

2 folders. Add. Defendants:J.A. Wemyss, W.M. Stewart, Joseph Miller, and J.K. Miller. Defendants created an unofficial group named the Grangers and went into contract with plaintiffs to deliver 580 spring lambs on a certain day. The defendants failed to deliver the livestock and under the contract were supposed to pay $1 per head in damages plus a deposit put into a local bank. The defendants refused to pay either sum.

Case file has no cover. Repayment of Cox's debt to Shell depended on the repayment of a tenant farmer's debt to Cox based on potential income from a cotton crop.
