Co-defendants were John Donnelly and Co. They had right of way and kept up their fences and built gapes that were required by law. Tenn. Southern R.R. Co did not enter premises owned or claimed by plaintiffs. Vance and his wife Letitia ask for damages of $2500 for damages of crops, etc. when the railroad was build on part of their land. They state that the dam across their land was disturbed and the water ran off. |
