Bond became security for a debt T.S. owed & ultimately got a judgment against T.S. for that debt & tried to execute that judgment against this land. Hunter was the sheriff charged with levying against land to satisfy judgments. Breece asked court for injunction to keep Def.. from selling the land. Main issue was whether Breece's deed properly registered. Witnesses: Walker, Thomas, Bates. |
