W.C. Hurt, admr. of A.M. Hurt finished admin. & died. Hughes didn't pay, believing Hurt might not have good title to the lots when he conveyed them. Notes passed to minor heirs & guardians sued. Morgan left widow Sallie H. Morgan (Hurt was Sallie's dad) & children Calvin A., Andrew P., & Sallie F. Morgan. |
