Fulkerson was the administrator of William White, dec., and Fannie B. Spears was the executrix of John H. [?] Spears, dec. The court ordered Fulkerson to take into possession all White's property and return an inventory to it. He found a heretofore unknown note that Spears and his mother Mary made to the late White. This new note was the second one listed among White's assets. Fulkerson sued for payment. Extra 34 pages added 12/15/16. |

Additional Defendants: William Greene, H. S. Rogers, and John J. Wolfe. Guardian Samuel Portrum sued the defendants on behalf of minors Nancy Jane Pressley, William Preston Pressley, and Jesse Pressley. The plaintiffs sued regarding the estate of one Jesse Trent, of which they are the heirs. The defendants were their previous guardians who the court replaced with Portrum. The plaintiffs charged the defendants with falsifying their settlement of their guardianship and the estate. |
