Gamaway is administrator for estate of Solomon Shipp (dec.). Add. Defendants: Margaret Piper & John M. Linder. Margaret Piper is the only heir to Shipp's estate, which consists of a tract of land. She conveyed a deed to the land to Linder for the fraud- ulent purpose of hindering payment to Shipp's creditors, done before the appointment of an administrator. Gamaway asking court to make the deed conveyance void in order to sell the land to pay creditors and other estate expenses. |
