West issued injunction against Galloway and Jamison from further prosecuting their suit against him for breach of covenant. Galloway had proposed to sell to him at $2 per acre, the undivided 1/3 interest he pretended to have in 2700 acres of land. West noticed a discrepancy of 156 acres between quantity of land propertied conveyed and quantity in grants. West suing for Galloway's fraud and lack of good title to the land. Matt Reynolds & partner Tisdale agreed to bore well in Polly's yard & insure water for $100; Polly agreed to board them & feed their stock while they were worked. They estimated it would take a month to do the work. At 145 feet had still not found water so agreed to quit & return in spring to try again but come spring, Polly refused to let them try again. They bore well for Tom P. Burney (who lived with sister Polly) in pasture on his farm. Bob White was Pla.' water witch. Dispute over what was agreed.

Plaintiff is accused of disturbing worship in Lasea Church in Maury County by making loud noise and behaving in a way that was indecent and profane.

Plaintiff is accused of selling a small black horse to George Kittrell which did not belong to him. According to the State, plaintiff made up a man named McNeece who lived on Lick Creek in Hickman County, who owned the horse and authorized plaintiff to sell it in order to settle a debt.
