Howard conveyed land to John F. Slover to secure a debt due the plaintiff, W. G. Horton and deed of trust was registered. W. H. Howard died in 1880, leaving his estate to his widow Eliza who died in 1886. The plaintiff sued the heirs for default on the debt and to foreclose the trust. |
