Pltf. was the admr. of the estate of James D. Brooks. Decedent Brooks was a brakeman for the railway company. When uncoupling cars at the train yard in Franklin, the decedent was unexpectedly knocked from the top of a train car then crushed under its wheels as it rolled over him.
