Tomlin, trustee of Cheatham County from 1882-1888, and his bondsman of sureties (too many to list) to recover revenues collected by him in his official capacity. The plaintiff claimed that the defendant absconded shortly after his election to his fourth term as trustee and defaulted on more than $6000. |
