Additional Defendants: John Allen & James E. Peddy, sons of A. J. Peddy. Plaintiff alleges that A. J. Peddy fraudulently borrowed $800 from him, saying that the money was for his sons & they would use it to pay him (Peddy) for lands in Peddy's possession that he would deed to them. Loan would be secured by deed of trust. Both Peddy's sons minors & uninterested in purchasing land. Plaintiff wants writ of attachment issued to attach the property Peddy had said he would deed to his sons.
