This convoluted case is important because it ended up in Shelby Co. Chancery Ct. having been tried in Lake Co. The case originated when the clothing store filed a creditors bill against Mrs. L. E. Fuller, Charley Frost & J. L. Fuller. The only mention of Lee is being the surety bond holder for Mrs. Fuller. The many defendants are companies. |
