Molder purchased his tract from plaintiff's sister & maintains that he has not tampered with any surveyor's markers. Also named: William Molder, J. Molder's son. |

Transcript begins on page three. Royston recovered of Spears a tract of 50 acres in Bledsoe County. Royston moved onto the property and into the house there, collecting rent from tenants. Spears was insolvent and was trying to redeem his title to the land. |
