Opinion only. County unknown. Case originally prosecuted over the title to about 53,640 acres of mountain lands in the counties of White, Cumberland, and DeKalb. At the litigation in this court, it involved 38,000 acres of the same land. Both parties traced their title back to Charles Newman who conveyed the land to Assure Assur, husband of Lydia C. Assur, dec. and mother of defendants. |
