Opinion only. 60 years before, William Crawford had set aside 1 acre of his farm as a family cemetery where he was buried. His descendants also used it as a burial ground and were buried there too. The question in the opinion was whether the prosecutor and other descendants of Crawford had a right of easement of burial in the cemetery and for purposes of visiting and repairing the graves. Judge believed they had these rights and did not injure the owner of the farm. |
