Real estate was purchased in Aug. 1909 by W. J. Schenck and J. D. Fuller (deceased husband of Martha Fuller) to establish a cotton oil plant. A charter of incorporation was issued to S. & F. Cotton Oil Co. shortly after the land was purchased. Schenck and Fuller executed no deed conveying the land to the corporation. The corporation paid for improvements and taxes. The company was adjudged bankrupt in June 1915. Schenck executed a quitclaim to the trustee in bankruptcy but Mrs. Fuller refused. 4 folders.

Frank B. Leary age 11 and Mary R. Leary, age 14, are the minor children of Pauline Frayser Leary and Frank B. Leary. The children are residents of NY and do not have a regular guardian. Mary L. Frayser alleges that she is sole owner of property conveyed to her by her deceased husband and that her daughter gave up all rights to the property and by asserting rights to a portion, the daughter and her 2 children are putting a cloud on the title.

See also ET Box 10 & 704 for additional part of case. Col. Robert Love, died intestate and in the possession of large tracts of land. These were divided amongst his heirs, except for 5000 acres in Unicoi County, with valuable timber. Disputes about land boundaries, and ownership of this land on the border of NC and TN were finally resolved with a ruling to accept a survey from 1799.
