Cockrill owed money to both the co-plaintiff as well as the defendants for repair work and tires on his vehicle. |

In the original case, Ike Williams is sued Drs. Martin and Wilson for negligence in the death of his wife, Estella Williams. The plaintiff avers that Dr. Martin is negligent for administering anesthesia through a defective instrument and that he administered the anesthesia in large quantities over the protests of the plaintiff, burning Estella Williams lips. Dr. Wilson is negligent as he was overseeing the procedure and permitted an inexperienced, unskilled Dr. to perform the procedure. |
