H.B. Dameron sold land through his real estate agent, R.A. Ezzell. The contract for the exchange of real estate stated "that the witness would have ten days within which to inspect the property, but that on account of severe storms, he was unable to make said inspection." "He accepted the contract in full without inspection, and a notation of this acceptance was signed by him on the contract." Sometime later, when the property was examined it was found to be "not what it was represented to be."

Additional plaintiffs: I. R. King, John B. King. Robert Mann is listed as "a minor, being about 12 years of age, and has no regular guardian." He is the stepson of J. W. Taylor. Robert's mother, Mattie Mann, was Taylor's second wife. Taylor claims that he wanted Robert to share in his estate equally with his six children. When he purchased a tract of land, the deed was made in such a way that it listed Robert as one of the owners of the land. He only discovered the error when he tried to sell the land.

Add. Defendants: W. P. Kelton, Mrs. Bettie Hardy, Mrs Ineze Hoover, Mr. Roy E. Freeman, and all other unknown heirs of W. P. Kelton (dec'd). W. P. Kelton deeded to the plaintiff a house and lot in said county upon his death. The defendants raised disruptive controversy about the said deed when she contracted to sell the property to R. E. Freeman for $1,500. Plaintiff charges she is entitled to file the deed of sale as she is the rightful owner in fee of the property.

Add. Plaintiff: Nanni Walters. Add. Defendants: S. T. Viar, T. A. Anderson, R. L. Hubbard, & W. E. Hubbard. Plaintiffs own a tract of land in the said county, left to them by James Hart (dec'd) grandfather of the plaintiffs. The defendants recently came onto the property and unlawfully cut down and took away timber to the value of $3,382. Defendants state the land was conveyed to them from S. L. Fleischhauer, who claimed a deed from A. J. Henning for 1/6 of the land.
