Kellar died in 1917 while in possession in fee of a 1/2 undivided interest of two lots of land in Hardeman County. The defendant, his widow, had joint interest in the land. Plaintiffs filed motion to force a sale for partition of the land, including the dower interest of the defendant, in lieu of partitioning the proceeds among the parties due to the small size of the property. |
