Florence Lumber Company recovered a judgment in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County, Alabama, against Campbell and Jaynes (a partnership of L. Campbell and I. M. Jaynes), for the sum of $875.15 of which $181.75 was paid that day. This left a balance of $696.40. The case alleges that I. M. Jaynes made two fraudulent conveyances of real estate to his wife in an attempt to avoid having the land sold to pay creditors. |

Vaughn his promissory note and give a trust deed for one-half interest to secure the note. Sain never paid the consideration price "and that is still owing with interest." |
