Dfnts are admrs. of the estate of J. R. Williams, dec. Before Williams died, he was owner of land in TN and MO, and thus named one admr. for each state. Both admrs. claimed the $4,236.06 due to the deceased Williams. The bank brought both to court to properly distribute the funds and prevent legal repercussions from either dfnt. They have always been willing to pay the notes, but wanted to make sure they paid the proper party. |

Additional defendant: Farmers Exchange Bank. Kilmes was the Trustee under a certain mortgage executed in Feb. 1926, in which chattel mortgage Jones conveyed to said Trustee certain personal property. Klimes claimed that property was conveyed for the purpose of securing the prompt payment of 11 notes each in the amount of $175. Those notes were never paid. Exhibits include freight bills, accounts & receipts. 2 folders. |

Plaintiff purchased from defendant a Federal Two-Ton Truck, Motor No. 12627 for $1125. Plaintiff used truck in his business and while in Augusta, Arkansas the truck sunk on a ferry in the White River. Pltf. claimed dfnt. said truck was covered by liability and collision insurance. Insurance company settled with defendant for $500, but the plaintiff never received any credit for the loss of the truck. Some files found with State v. Frank Abels, et al. (WT2156). |

Mrs. Cora Stagner, sought to have the real estate sold for partition among the heirs and to have set apart to herself and Robert Stagner, her homestead and dower interests there in - in money. She filed a petition in 1924. |
