White agreed to pay $400 at the end of two years from the date of sale Dfnts. claimed lot was unincumbered, which was untrue -lot was held by a lien and as of court date had not been turned into a road. White sought a retraction of first ruling based on these facts. |

Wall sued Hall Grocery Co. for damages after an automobile accident at the intersection of Campbell and Arlington in Jackson. Wall was riding in a car going north on Campbell, when a truck owned by Hall and driven by an agent, going westerly on Arlington, struck the car and sent it into a telephone pole. Wall was injured and had to miss work. Sued for damages. Exhibits include 2oversize blueprint/map of showing intersection of Arlington Ave. & Campbell St. in M-17-20. 3 folders. |
