Pltfs. sued to recover the balance on salary due per contract, and for "anticipated profits" had the dfnts. not breached said contract. Pltfs. were to promote the sale of Domesti-Gas in the Memphis region. The company breached contract by not providing the agreed upon education and instruction on equipment knowledge, plant construction, and equipment service. Housed in 2 folders.
