Petitioner's name is also spelled Flannery in case text. Other defendants: Mary Mitchell, Mary Griffin, Carl Yarbrough, Dan Yarbrough, Robert Yarbrough and Mrs. Myrtle Wills. J. M. Russell died intestate in Union City, Obion County in 1926. He had no wife or children. The defendants are each heirs at law. A will of J. M .
