The plaintiff and Tina Anderson, formerly Wood and the daughter of the defendant, were legally married in 1920. Later the defendant went to their home and through improper motives and false remarks caused his wife to leave him. Plaintiff believes it was solely the defendant's actions that cause his wife to become dissatisfied with him and broke up their home, telling T. Anderson to go out with other men and taking their children to another town. Plaintiff sued for $25,000 in damages.
