Pla. Was composed of A.J. Bachman, R.B. Bachman, and Mary Irwin. A.J. Bachman and defendant's deceased husband, G.H. Mauk, were once partners of said mill. Both applied for life insurance of $5000 with the Travellers' Insurance Co. of Hartford. Mauk sold his interest and his insurance policy to mill. A.J. Bachman gave policy to def. Mauk on condition that she would collect for benefit of partnership, but instead she refused to give the money over. 2 folders. |
