Irvin sued Hill for $22.66 debt on account. Irvin represented the Shenandoah Life Insurance Company and sold Hill an insurance policy of $1000 with a premium of $22.66. Hill never paid him the premium, therefore he sued. Court ruled in plaintiff's favor for $22.66 plus interest. Hill appealed. Exhibit is the insurance policy for Hill through the Shenandoah Life Insurance Co. |

Williams asked for new trial, claiming new evidence--3 witnesses (Jim Finley, Tom Tomlinson, Bob McKinney)-- who would testify one of them was always present at Williams' place of business & Moreland never notified them that motor Williams repaired was not performing satisfactorily (as Moreland had claimed). SC affirmed judgment for Moreland. |
