Original bill was a complaint about the collection of a trust fund by P. V. Hunter in his capacity of agent of the plaintiff, for which it made a bond by depositing with the company $2 per week out of the collected commissions. Hunter also sued insurer for $50,000, alleging that upon retirement the company had tried to libel him with these charges. Exhibit materials are checks and ledgers.
