All the lumber was contracted for and furnished prior to an execution of a deed of trust to W.A. Sadd and Taylor Durham, trustees, to secure a loan from the Chattanooga Savings Bank & Trust Co., except $134.56 worth. The plaintiff sought to hold def. to the contract made on her behalf by her husband as her agent.
