Addtl pltf: Lucile Duemler. Addtl dfnts: The Fidelity & Casualty Co. of New York. Pltfs. brought action under the Workmen's Compensation Law of Tennessee. A. J. Bledsoe was killed under the employment of dfnt. and en route to work when he died. Attempting to avoid driving over downed powerlines in a storm, Bledsoe stepped of his truck to remove them and was instantly electrocuted. His mother and sister are pltfs., sought benefits over estranged wife, Rosolie Bushey, and sued for payment from dfnts. |

Pltf. sued to recover $1,000 on a life ins. policy with dfnt. Pltf's husband, Lytle B. Bingham, was a Cashier at the Hardin County Bank. On the night of Jan. 14., Lytle had his brother, Howard Bingham, remove all the cash on hand at the bank and deliver it to him. Lytle claimed business in Jackson, and left home around 9 p.m. On TN Hwy. 5/US 45 between Saltillo and Jackson, something happened, and Lytle was found burned in his car under mysterious circumstances. 2 folders. Court of Origin is the Law Court at Johnson City. Pla. in error was sued by the Def. in error who was seeking the payment of a policy due to him. Pla. in error argues that the paralysis suffered by the Def. in error is not covered by said policy. Pla. in error also notes that the Def. in error is now able to walk several miles at a time. Def. in error allegedly suffers from an illness called Jake Leg which is contracted after drinking an intoxicant known as Jamaica Ginger. |
