View Entry | 1931 | Elizabeth Morris v. Collins Company | Hamilton | Replevin |
Pla. in error purchased a black fur coat from the Def. in error for $39.50 and signed a lease agreement. Pla. in error fell behind on her payments and the coat was repossessed by the Def. in error. Pla. in error argues that the description of the coat in the lease contract is too vague for an officer to identify the coat, and therefore the motion for replevin should be dismissed. |
