Plaintiff had indicted the defendant before for trespass but suit was dismissed. Allen suing for defendant to be restrained from further trespass and damage to plaintiff's property and a decree giving him title, rents & profits, and damages. Two folders. |

Plaintiff asks court to issue an injunction against their trespassing & to "fix & determine" the boundary line between his & J. F. Roach's property. |
