Addtl pltfs: T. G. Burch and Russell Swearington. Hamp Taylor, mayor; Ransom Gravette, marshal. Rogers sued to declare a law preventing all forms of pool from being played in said city limits be ruled void. After securing state and county licensure to operate a pool room, pltfs. were told by dfnts. of the city law. Pltf.'s legal rep. said they had a case, so it went to court.
