2 folders. Add. Def. United States Fidelity and Guaranty Co. Def. Jones entered into an agreement with Young and Stoner, a contractor, to build a house on Church Street in Sweetwater, Tennessee. Said contractor applied to the Pla. for building supplies. Pla. refused to issue credit to the contractors but granted it to Jones directly. During the building of the house, said contractor filed for bankruptcy. Pla. then sued Jones for payment. Jones claims contractor should be liable for payment.

Pla. are owners of a tract of land registered in the Register's office of Monroe County in book 28 at page 371. Pla. conveyed in trust a tract of land to L. H. Johnson to secure indebtedness to Ira Bledsoe. Pla. claim a mistake was made during the writing of the contract and the debt became due earlier than expected. The note went unpaid.
