Weaver, a lot of household goods on which the Pla. retained title until the purchase was paid in full. Weaver deposited said property with Def. F. T. Co. and a debt of storage was due. The balance to both parties went unpaid and the Pla. replieved the property. There is now a question of which party, Sterchi Bros. or F. T. Co., holds a superior lien. |
