Oversize map, on Vote Democrats banner with a pen moustache on Gov. Henry H. Horton. Dfnt. was initially indicted for first degree murder, but the charge was reduced. Dfnt. shot and killed Hugh Gardner, her husband. Marital problems seemed to be cause of the shooting. Dfnt. claimed self-defense, decedent, before he died, claimed she shot him for no reason.
