Vida Brooks Wyatt, wife of plaintiff died leaving her infant son, Burel Nicholas Wyatt in the care of defendants (her family) until his father, the plaintiff was able to properly care for him. At the time of her death it was stated that Wyatt was not fit to care for his infant son. Wyatt sued for custody of son, claiming the he is being unlawfully restrained by the defendants. |
