It was the duty of the Quarterly County Court to appropriate the funds for the ensued fiscal year and set aside $3600 for salary of pla., which it failed to do. Pla. Sought mandamus against the 38 def. who constituted said court compelling them to appropriate sum of $3600 to pay his salary, $500 to cover expenses of his office, and $300 for warrants. |

Delaney". Donovan rode the rails into Jackson (TN) only to be kicked off, and hitchhiked with Delaney, who asked Donovan, "do you want to get to Tampa, FL bad enough to pull the trigger on a son of a bitch for me?" Delaney explained the long history between him and the Little gang, Donovan considered offer. |
