Plaintiff, an instructor at Tusculum, alleges that he suffered serious & permanent injuries & that deft. was driving recklessly. Plaintiff's wife, Mrs. Mary Wilson Gray & a Mrs. Clemmons also passengers in his car. Mrs. Bragg a nurse at National Soldiers Home. |

Replevin suit brought against Simmons; car taken from him & delivered to A. C. Riddle. After trial & appeal Riddle adjudged the owner of the car. Simmons argued that Gump Investment knew about replevin suit but failed to offer him assistance, thus causing him expense, delay & the loss of his car. |
