Reid had gone to GA to work & family was going to vacate the property on 15 Dec. 1934. Mrs. Reid was staying with Mrs. S. C. Minnion. While the house was empty & unheated a sustained period of cold weather caused the pipes to freeze & burst. Reids have refused to pay for repairs. |
