Defs say Buck Henry met up w/them & he already had truck (which they didn't know was stolen), took them to Ridgeway Gardens (operated by Epps, well-known bootlegger), where Epps procured them to hijack whiskey from Red Garner, another bootlegger, but they abandoned task. |

Black as the father of the child believes he is entitled to some of the money and that the mother has mishandled the estate. |
