Plaintiff is the widow of Augustus P. Bryan and the mother of Billie Bryan and Betty Jo Bryan, minors. In 1935, the deceased took out a policy with the defendant for $5,000 and died in 1936 under the full force of the policy. The defendants refused to pay the full benefits of the policy, inflicting additional expenses and injury upon the plaintiff.
