Homer Gilmore is charged with violating the age of consent law with Jewell Scoggins who was 15 years old at the time of the incident.

Violated the age of consent on the person Nannie Lou Buchanan, daughter of Jim Smith Buchanan. The case lists John Allen Ingram as "col."

Ingram found guilty of having "unlawful carnal knowledge" of Nannie Lou Buchanan (col.), about 15 years old. Nannie Lou Buchanan daughter of Jim Buchanan, died 25 April 1906. Gave birth to a fully developed child 16 May 1906.

Plaintiff in error is accused of having unlawful contact with Ethel Hensley who is 17. Plaintiff in error was arrested after Ethel became pregnant and told her parent that he was the father. According to the testimony of her parents, Ethel has the intelligence of a 10 year old.

Hamby did "unlawfully and carnally know one Leora Blakely, a female over the age of twelve and under the age of twenty one years." The case materials state that Leora was the daughter of Nathan Blakely. She was 18 years old and Hamby was 36 at the time of the trial. Leora gave birth to twins and placed them in the Leath Orphanage at Memphis. At the time of the trial, one of the children had died and the other was still at the orphanage.

Defendant appealing guilty verdict on charges of having sexual intercourse with an underage female, Cora Shivers, on 25 Dec. 1903. She gave birth to a child 30 Sept. 1904. All parties African -American. Welch was about 19 when offence was committed; Cora Shivers was between 15 & sixteen. Also mentioned: Joe & Bettie Shivers, Cora's parents; Dora Powell, her sister; Jane St. Clair, Cora's cousin.

Defendant was indicted in the September Term, 1870 for having "carnal knowledge of a female under the age of ten years" on 10 March 1868. Circuit judge quashed the indictment on the grounds that Loudon Co. had not been formed at that time. Supreme Court ruled that the Circuit Court judge erred in quashing the indictment.

The case involved an African-American girl named Ollie Bledsoe, age thirteen.

The defendant was accused of having sexual intercourse with Eunice Whaley, a female under the age of 18.

The victim was Evelyn Wickham who was between the ages of 12 and 21.

Smith charged with carnally knowing and abusing Ruth Denton, a woman between 12 and 21 years old, forcibly and against her will and giving her alcohol, which prevented her from resisting. Jury found Smith guilty and sentenced to 10 years in prison.
