A driver of a Chattanooga Medicine Co. delivery truck had a head on collision with a motorcyclist. The truck made a right turn at an intersection and the motorcyclist ran into the truck. Brannon sued for $20,000 in damages for the injuries he sustained when hit by the truck. The accident caused two compound fractures on Brannon's left, and once it healed his legs were different lengths. Both Pl and Def accused the other of speeding and driving recklessly.
