Pla. in error disturbed a prayer session at Smyrna Church by going through the church with a flashlight, looking for a lost pocket watch. After being unable to find it, Pla. in error left the church and began walking along the highway. Pla. in error then turned around to go back to the church to look for the watch again. On his way back, Pla. in error passed Rolly West and began cussing. When asked not to use such language in front of women, Pla. in error cut West and his wife with a knife.
